As the network of communications sites matures across the country, our clients who own existing tower facilities often need to expand sites to accommodate the space required for new tenants, generator installations and other site modifications.

Terra provides the land surveying, environmental services and engineering drawings necessary for landlord and government agency approval. Terra also provides the electrical engineering necessary to add site generators.
