Terra can take a project from initial feasibility and due diligence to final engineering design and permitting. Terra's Development design team has decades of experience in commercial/retail, industrial, institutional, and residential projects. Members of our staff are LEED AP certified allowing Terra to provide sustainable solutions to stormwater management, drainage and erosion control issues that can prove very costly for our clients to address during the development process.

Terra can start at any point during the development process be it feasibility, construction document development or project management.
