John J. Zimmermann has a 23 year career in the practice of land
development engineering and civil infrastructure design. He founded
Terra Consulting Group, Ltd. in 1994. Over his career
Mr. Zimmermann has been involved with various aspects of land
development on numerous engineering projects for the Illinois
Department of Transportation, telecommunications companies,
municipalities and park districts, and the land development community.

In addition to the over 7,500 telecommunication projects
Mr. Zimmermann has overseen, he has also directed many other
projects involving site design and development, stormwater
management, transportation and utility extensions.

Mr. Zimmermann is a 1987 graduate of Marquette University
graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a registered
Professional Engineer in 22 states.

Mr. Zimmermann has been affiliated with the American Society of
Civil Engineers (ASCE) for over 20 years. He has served as President
of the Illinois Section of ASCE and past chair of the Urban Planning
and Development Group for ASCE.
