Little Rock Urban Renewal

John Zimmermann and Rusty Utomo were in Little Rock for meetings. Little Rock’s downtown area is seeing significant urban renewal that was triggered by the construction of the Clinton Presidential Library in 2005.

The Clinton Library park is constructed on former warehouse and railroad land on the Arkansas River. The Library site repurposed the Choctaw Rail Station built in 1901 by the Choctaw, Oklahoma and Gulf Railroad into the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service.
