As the senior mechanical engineer, Evan Goldstein guides the development of mechanical design and energy analysis for the facilities Terra develops.

Over the last two decades, Evan has developed a reputation as a problem solver who works with clients to overcome barriers and design, construct and execute solutions for process and commercial facilities.  He is experienced in a wide variety of industries which utilize mechanical equipment and utilities including telecommunication, water/wastewater, education, healthcare, refining, petrochemical processing, and laboratory campuses. At all of these facilities Evan has also contributed to the conceptual sizing, operations, maintenance, and optimization of central utility plants and district energy systems.

As technology advances, so does the demand for power, heating, and cooling.  Recent tightening of municipal codes relating to energy efficiency, new incentives for financing mechanical and energy-related projects, as well as an increased demand for HVAC and utility reliability, all mean that mechanical systems that worked in the past are no longer adequate for today’s needs.  The addition of Evan Goldstein allows Terra to offer a full range of mechanical and energy engineering services in facilities to help developers, owners, and operators.  Whether it’s repurposing a single room in an existing location or developing the HVAC and utility system for an entire new facility, Terra can provide the energy engineering analysis and mechanical engineering design.
